RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL PERMITS

• Disclosure Statement for Homeowners - Homeowners Building Home

• Electrical Permit  - Contractors Only

• Electrical Safety Inspection Permit  - Homeowners Requesting Electrical Service 

• Gas Fired Equipment Permit - Install or Modifying HVAC including Gas Installation

• Gas Inspection Permit - Contractors Only, MUST have 15 pounds of pressure on line for AT LEAST 24 hours prior to inspection

• Gas Safety Inspection Permit - Homeowners Only, MUST have 15 pounds of pressure on line for AT LEAST 24 hours prior to inspection

• HVAC Permit - Contractors Only

• Home Occupation Permit - Business Owner working out of Home

• Manufactured Home Permit - Homeowner MUST have Lexington County or HUD Decal BEFORE submitting this permit

• Homeowner Acknowledgement  - Nonstructural work preformed by Homeowner

• Plumbing Permit - Contractors Only

• Sign Permit, Permanent - Permanent Sign for Business

• Sign Permit, Temporary - Temporary Sign for Business, not exceeding 90 days in any given year

• Zoning Permit  - New Businesses
